Is there something Ebay does not charge? Final price fee, shipping cost fee, monthly fee, fee fee...

I am currently having an issue where I can not pay for ebay fees via paypal, even though I have 3x the amount present than ebay requires. Even automatic fee payment method is not working, ebay keeps telling me to check my pay pal yet there is nothing on paypal to check. Does any one know how to resolve this? Even one time payment method gives the same error ( Our attempt to charge your PayPal account for US $n was unsuccessful. (Please contact PayPal for details) ).

No response from ebay. Community tells me there might is some Serbian Ebay that doesn't exist.

The only way to keep your fees to a minimum is to be a volume seller with a storefront. If you only sell a few dozen or a few hundred items a year then you're going to hit with heavy fees.

Neither Ebay nor PayPal have replied within 24h. Such poor services. Also ebay has too much fees, its stupid. Auction sites here in Serbia, one has an final fee only of 4% and insertion fee depending on price (around 1%), while the other one is completely free where you only pay for eye candy and special promotion page of your items..
