Can't boot this img of Windows XP I created?

If I try to mount it with imgmount, it says "Cannot create drive from file".
If I just boot it, OR boot it from the mount it will say "Error loading operating system".
Help plx?

Whats another dos program other than iDos (LITERALLY Dosbox (says it if u edit PLAY.bat to just @echo off)) for iPad?

dosbox does not support xp.

it Supports win 3.1
