correct aspect ratio?

Hi, tepples says that Mode X (320x240) + VGA mode 12h (640x480) has a 39:40 pixel aspect ratio. Meaning final image drawn to screen is adjusted by width * 39/40 - tiny bit thinner.

Always thought 1:1 PAR => 4:3 DAR so mentioning this finding. ^^

As common aspect of a CGA-SVGA CRT monitor was 4:3, hence if a video mode has 4:3 quantity of pixels - there is nothing to adjust, pixels are ordinary squares.
