With a teaching video from 1984 on an INCREDIBLY outdated product by today's standards, I would be surprised if the copyright holder even knows they have it. ;D

I actually have a couple old video-game related VHS tapes myself. Both are a part of their own series and are supposed to teach you how to beat various NES and Gameboy games. The NES tape covers Batman, Dragon Warrior II, Ninja Gaiden II, and Heavy Barrel... part of the reason why I got Dragon Warrior II long ago. The Gameboy tape covers Batman, Final Fantasy Legend, Double Dragon, Wizards & Warriors X, and Castlevania Adventure. I thought about uploading them online at some point except the company which published them (CBS I believe) is still VERY much around and, quite honestly, the tips given in the videos are only about 33% good. The rest are either dumb, completely false, or prove that every game was only played ONCE and that the narration was made to make it seem like the games would always play that way. :P

It was quite normal for VHS tapes to be sold in the $100s in the early '80s.

Talk about an item that has not maintained its value, now you can't even give VHS tapes away (with some niche exceptions). VHS tapes were very, very expensive for the early and mid 80s and mostly intended for rental stores and libraries. In the late 80s, tape prices took a nosedive.
