What's the problem with the small resolution? Just drop the resolution before starting the game, then put it back to what it was after closing it. Other than that, sorry, don't have the game to check.
i treid that and nope, game stil dont wont start, i can only do 24, 256 and 16 bit colors, it asks for 32 bit colors.
Even at 640x480 it doesn't support 32-bit colors? What graphics card is that anyway? Even a lousy onboard Trio64 with only 1MB of VRAM on my Compaq Deskpro can do 640x480 at 32-bit colors.

24 bit colors possible with 1MB, 32 bit colors, no.
Oops, yeah, 24-bit color. Same thing as far as the number of color goes (True Color). Not that I'd ever use that with that PC (800x600 16bpp all the way). Now that you pointed out I see he listed 24-bit up there;
If the game is hell bent on using 32-bit colors all you can do is get a discrete graphics card. Do you have an AGP slot or the system is PCI only?

Interesting, I expected it to have AGP. Anyway, any of these cheap option should provide you with 32-bit colors, are PCI, compatible with Windows 98, and are a massive upgrade compared to your onboard graphics. I'd expect the Matrox cards to have pristine analog vídeo and good DVI output, the GeForce2 to be the fastest (but depending on the rest of your PC specs that might not make a difference) with great DOS compatibility and I have no idea of what to expect from the Diamond card (I believe it is Radeon 7000-based). You could probably find a cheap PCI Virge too, though you have to be careful not to end up with one that is too bright.

The problem is that all slots are busy on it so im stuck to the onboard unless i get one of those other voodoo cards-
Wait... how many slots does your system have and what do you have in them?
Also, what is your processor, RAM, etc.?
i think it was 3 pci slots, and its a intel celeron and i have a sound blaster live and ethernet card in it and a voodoo 1 card, and 1 stick of memory ram.
In some BIOS setups it is possible to adjust memory reserved for onboard video, so if you have this setting, increasing it could make 32-bit colors available.
I have the Gamefest release which includes all four Pro Pinball games, and under Colours in the Graphics setup, the Windows version of Big Race USA lists the following for a Voodoo5 under Windows 98 SE:

So the game will run quite nicely with just 8-bit/256 colors if it is available. I don't see any option for selecting which card is used for rendering under the Graphics options if more than one is available.
Be aware that until fairly recently, Intel chipsets basically only supported 2-D graphics, so that is probably why alexanrs is asking about your processor and other components.
If I recall correctly his onboard vídeo is a Cirrus Logic one, this was before Intel had graphics chips integrated onto the chipset, and they always supported 3D-graphics (though with poor performance). You could always exchange the PCI NIC with an ISA one if you have free slots (and increasing the amount of memory used by the onboard card doesn't help)
That makes sense in asking, kingston rams should be good enough to place into the computer, but the isa slot on it is one of those stupid ones that is designed to be used with small isa cards.
Small ISA cards? Most late ISA NICs (like one of these) are usually pretty small (as in just as long as the slot itself).
Also, as akula65 said, apparently you can set it up to use a lower bpp resolution. Doesn't that work?
I cant really do that, 256 colors is the smallest.
Yeah, but according to akula65 you can use both 256 colors (=8-bit bpp) and 65,000 colors (16-bit bpp), which your card does support.
hm, weird, the program dont really like it anyways, so a kingston ram would be safe to use in the machine?
