Hello,everyone. I've bought Tomb Raider I (it already has the 3dfx patch applied) in Tomb Raider series Steam sale and downloaded the Unfinished Business levels addon. I use latest DOSBox SVN-Daun and nGlide 1.04. I created a dosboxTR.conf and dosboxTRUB.conf and put shortcuts on desktop, using the -conf [custom configuration file].conf parameter. Of course I've deleted glide2x.dll from DOSBox SVN-Daun folder and have already set up nglide. I have two issues:

1) after the splash screen animation, sometimes Tomb Raider base game hangs with black screen with Direct3D renderer. It's so serious that it's not possible to finish the DOSBox process in task manager, I need to logout and login again. However, changing the scaler from Hardware 2x (default) to None or Hardware None fixes it. It works for a while, but if I reboot my PC, the next time I start the game (even if setting scaler in .conf), the game hangs in a black screen again. I have to switch scalers everytime. Choosing OpenGL seems to fix it. Is there a way to permanently fix this issue using Direct3D renderer?

2) TRUB addon gets ingame but then quits before starting a New Game. I'm not fast enough to get the console message reporting what caused DOSBox to close. This has started since I accidentaly deleted the TOMBRAID folder, so I had to make Steam verifiy the cache and redownload the files. I placed the TRUB files like I did first time, however it's not working anymore. I got TRUB from Tomb Raider Advanced Installer. My .conf autoexec lines for both games are these:

I followed a Steam guide, the only difference is that I use the latest DOSBox SVN-Daun build while the one in Steam is an outdated one. This imgmount command is needed because I use the PSX CD from TR Advanced Installer to have CD audio ingame. After redownloading the game files, TR is wokirng, but TRUB isn't anymore. Do you any idea on how to make Unfinished Business work again? Thanks in advance.
