I have found a PV.EXE on my computer and want to share it, its nice app that convert pics and even can open some unknown formats.
i googled and surprised it existed in net too, i have old german version.

It's a good one, when it comes to VGA and Dos I HIGHLY RECOMMEND qv103
It's by far the best VGA picture viewer. Smallm, FAST FAST FAST, TrueColor-Support.
Runs on a 286/10/1MB Ram+1MB-VRAM and displays 640x480 TGA pictures with TrueColor in less then 2 ! seconds. Now that's fast 😀
