Without the entire board it is harder to identify the correct model, and once it is identified it is not impossible (or even rather easy, depending on the maker) to get the manual which will provide the pinout for all headers.

So it means they have to sit on the side like next to each other?
There is also a fan wich drives power from one of them.

If that is how it is shown in the picture I can't argue with that. Also, polarity isn't important for speakers and buttons, and reversing LEDs won't hurt either (but they won't work).

And they are in the center, but i have another problem..most of the lettor's on those small power wires to the varius lights and switches are missing their text.

You should be able trace where they came from. As for where they go on the mobo have a look at page 16 of the manual alexanrs linked to.

Hook the HDD led to the two pins on the end where the gap is and see what happens.

Check every component on its own, specially the video card and memory. Be sure to hook up a speaker to the motherboard, as it will beep if the motherboard detects errors before initializing the video hardware.
