Which game/program are you trying to run with VDMSound?
Have you tried different settings of VDMSound in 'Advanced' section?
What's happening when you're running your game without VDMSound?

YES!!!!!!!!!!
I have unlocked the problem of VDMSound! 😁
It never had anything to do with vdms. instead, it was my mistake. see, i keep all my dos games and programs in my dosbox folder. but the default name for the directory is "DOSBox-0.62". But the "." was what threw the whole thing off! 😊
I renamed the directory, and the games work fine. πŸ˜‰
but giana32k doesn't work 😒 ,
and neither does mame (some weird stuff i don't feel like making sense out of) 😒 .
but i'm happy 😁
