nice build, I personally really like the Pentium Pro , and that board is a great board , Also great case, Dell made some nice looking computers back then in my opinion.

only improvement I would make is add a 3D accelerator , something like a Voodoo2 (or a 2D/3D card like a RIVA TNT ) would work really well in a system like this

I have always liked the look of these pre-millennium Dell cases.

Neat system! I got really lucky a few weeks ago and grabbed an Intel Pentium Pro board (450KX based) + Pentium Pro 200 (256K) for 30E. I installed a Voodoo3 and fooled around with NT4.0, trying to see which games run and which don't etc.

I really like the case design on your Dell, feels like a proper workstation 😈 . I have a soft spot for the Pentium Pro.

Thanks for the comments.

@Darkman - I dont own any of the "high end" cards like that. I just get what I get and make it work. 🤣

@ feipoa & F2bnp - I like that case as well, just wish it had more of a cable management area. I hate the cable clutter now since I've been building in the newer cases.

I need to get a copy of NT4.0 myself, want to try it out in my Dual Pro system for a file server type setup.

Changed out video card from the Trident to a Voodoo3 PCI.

Currently doing benchmarks for Tertz with DosBox. Other benches can be run, let me know.
