I have a video game that uses the old BIOS (INT 0x15) hook to read the game port. My current stick is a USB. Is there any hope of me getting this game working?
Right now AFAICT DOSBox doesn't emulate the BIOS joystick routines. I was considering taking a hack at it this weekend and, I guess if somebody's asking for it....
Patch here. The support was there, just needed a tweak.
Play it on your xbox (if you have one) with dosxbox.
You can map any keyboard key to the joypad buttons.
