Yes, I use OpenWatcom 1.9, Turbo C++ 3.1, Borland Pascal 7.0, MASM, TASM or NASM.

TP7 was certainly big back in the day. I used it. There's also something of an embarrassment of riches in C and C++ compilers as well, with Watcom being free for DOS now as well as DJGPP and good old Turbo C. I think you can even write in REXX if you want.

Windows console is not DOS, so no.
I loved turbo pascal back in the day....
