I'm sure many of you have heard of Retr0bright. In case you haven't, learn more about it here: http://www.retr0bright.com/

I have many beautiful cases, there's one thing that's stopping me from using them in my builds, you guessed it, yellowing! My question is: Does Retr0bright damage or weaken the plastic in any way?

retr0bright only works for certain case where yellowing were caused by flame-retardant compound that mixed in the plastic during its manufactuing process,
so it wont work for other 'cause'.

theres easy way to get & apply the 'retr0bright': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU7vXMezW_I
I tried one and I do not see any visible damage/weakening on the plastic

Thanks for your reply. Isn't the yellowing caused by UV light? That's the yellowing I'm referring to 😉

Why don't you use hydrogen peroxide? I use it alone and put the plastic pieces at sun. It's cheap and you can reuse it. It doesn't matter how concentrated is it. With more concentration you will need less time to do a full whitening.

Yes, after watching The 8-Bit Guy's video, I figured out that Hydrogen Peroxide by itself can in fact be used, provided that it's creamy. A local hairdresser is selling small bottles of 12% Hydrogen Peroxide for as low as 2 bucks.

Thanks for your reply by the way... 😉
