Hi,
I bought this Asus Xonar DG CMI-8786 pci audio card and I wanted to install it on a Win ME system. For the CMI-8738 I found lately Win9x drivers and I hoped (too soon) the same for this better one.
Anyone know if some old drivers was done for these os?

Yes, it's CMI-8786.. I knew it was quiet modern chipset but it looked too good to not buy it. 😁

Doesn't look good. I'm seeing only Win2k/XP drivers as the earliest.

I am looking if some other cmedia chipset has compatible drivers.

I have seen that also terratec dolby digital live should have the same family chipset (8788) but I don't find win9x driver anyway.
