It's just a generic 386 made with off the shelf parts.
One thing that makes it unique though is the dual colour LED display. I don't think I've seen one like that before.

Crazy, I didn't notice that this case even has a built in digital clock. The buttons are also pretty interesting. They're the same type you find on microwave ovens.

To be fair I looked and thought a similar thing but it was more "IS that the SCSI version?" It came in an IDE flavour, too, and they look identical from the front.
