I haven't been able to find any solutions on any of the BiA forums; it's considered to be totally unfixable. The main problem is speed; moving and turning is so fast as to make it impossible to play. Even with turn size and step size at the minimum there is no change. Are there any emulators available for games other than DOS that are easy-ish to use (I tried Bochs and I couldn't get my head around it).

My system specs:
Motherboard (I don't know what kind it is or how to find out)
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
1Gb RAM
128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Sec
Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM)
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

You should definitely check DOSBox out. Look in the forum.

Sorry, I probably should have specified that this is a Windows game - which ran fine on my old computer which was a Pentium II with Win98. I already tried DOSBox which I use for all my DOS games but seeing as this is a Windows game it didn't work.

Thanks for trying to help!

Try some commerciall PC emulators (they have free trials usually) like Virtual PC, VMWare, install Windows there and then the game. It could work.
