Mine starts tommorow really....starting a new job at a local hospital so i'm excited.

Been working at Gamestop for the last 7 months & at my local gym once in a while...nice to have a real job that actually pays well.

I've recently tried installing some of my older games because I miss playing them. As much as I love Knights of the Old Republic, Halo & MVP there's nothin like those old games.

Dled Abandon Loader & VDMSound but I couldn't get it to work with my games so I emailed them & they suggested I go here.

The game's i've been having issues with are all too familiar to this board...the Crusader series, 🤣. Obviously very popular & deservingly so

What sucks is that I also play Theme Hospital...which came out the same yr as the 2nd Crusader game & has no problems playing in XP at all, just my luck.

I'll go through some posts & see what other people have said about the games...maybe I can find some way to get them working.

I was able to get No Regret working under XP in Dos (restarted with start-up disc) but unfortunatly there was no sound. I installed it but every time I tried to select a card or the sound settings it would just select it but have no sound or would freeze. Game worked fine...no stuttering, but just no sound.

I was thinking about partioning a small portion & possibly installing Win 95. I did that with XP & installed 2000 when my father needed it for work...
