Look's like a lot of work is going in that case, if the reddish stuff is rust.
Take apart, sandblow and repaint....

I have an old server with the same Intel case, except it's black.
If I'm not mistaken, those are made by Enlight and came with Delta PSU's

Yep delta psu! Also mine was nos! But I thinks it's a older version that dose not have as many intake fan slots.
