Is there a 16 bit DOS tool to process SFV CRC32 checksum database files?

All I've been able to find is CRC32.COM on this site: http://sta.c64.org/pcutils.html. It doesn't handle the SFV file format though.

That's x32. Won't run in DOS. It's OK I've knocked something together with Turbo C that does the job.

...Gee, up until just now I somehow thought all command-line Win32 applications were NT/2K/XP-exclusive. Well, now I know.
