Hello and welcome.

For the fan, as is see there is a Cooler already on it. Mostly you won't need a fan. But a fan is always better, cooler. I get my fan's mostly from defective computers, but if you don't have any, you could get some from a electronic store. Here in Germany it would be Conrad or Reichelt.

Bios battery are 3.6 volt, again from the electro store. Here some more info Old 486 CMOS Battery Low

And the jumper, well some are printed on the board itself and some are in the first link you gave. I read on the German Dosforum (just googled the mainboard number) that it max support 50 mhz, even if a 66 at 33x2 is installed.

You can easily find cache chips on ebay.

You dont need a fan for that overdrive, how it is now it just normal..

An 50mhz probably can run just without an cooler.. Only if its written on the cpu then you have to install an heatsink with fan.. And its also not needed to use thermal paste because those 486 dont getting hot in very short time.. just a sink and fan on top is enough..

~ At least it can do black and white~
