I think 98Lite was a totally different program (something to do with removing IE or something)? Though I'm not really sure.

I did make one for ME I think? But I ended up using one I downloaded somewhere.
A quick way is to get an answer file is by installing 98SE on a virtual PC and take the answer file from there.
This way you'll have all your personal preferences as well.
Do you have a copy of msbatch or perhaps of a similar program?
Or were you looking for a complete auto-install ISO? Iirc, 98 (dunno which edition it was) used to have some issue with stopping an install always, unless the monitor was switched off during install.
