I've been looking all over the web to download the Unattended Windows 98SE bootable CD, because i hate going thru all the install process. But for some reasons, all the pages talking about it doesn't have it for download, the page doesn't exist anymore or it's a broken download link!

So i thought i would post here about that...where can i download it?

thanks!

What about 98Lite? Can it generate a unattended installation CD? I remember using nLite to do so with a XP SP3...

I think 98Lite was a totally different program (something to do with removing IE or something)? Though I'm not really sure.

I did make one for ME I think? But I ended up using one I downloaded somewhere.
A quick way is to get an answer file is by installing 98SE on a virtual PC and take the answer file from there.

This way you'll have all your personal preferences as well.

Do you have a copy of msbatch or perhaps of a similar program?
Or were you looking for a complete auto-install ISO? Iirc, 98 (dunno which edition it was) used to have some issue with stopping an install always, unless the monitor was switched off during install.

Whats missing in your collections?
