Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a better way of running 16-bit DOS application taht's located on hard drive connected to a router. I can mount the external drive when it's mapped on the Win10 laptop and run it from there but it doesn't run very smooth (being gentle with description) and I'm not really sure how it's gonna work with saving changes on the network drive. The program is basically sales and warehouse manager and it saves changes in real time with multiple users working on it at the same time. Will DOSbox be able to work with it like a regular user?

Please use a real VM for that. Not something based of DOSBox.
So look at Virtual PC, VMWare, VirtualBox
