It's an 8-pin header located directly behind the Line In and Microphone jacks. It's currently jumpered at pins 2-3, or maybe 6-7 (not sure which end is pin 1).

Believe that's a diagnostic header that can be used to tap into the signal lines running to the jacks.
For example, to connect the card to an internal speaker.
