I am trying to play WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT (CGA Version)
the game loads fine butwhen i finishthe1st level the game just freeze with black screen

I tried to load it with dosbox svn and i saw this message

UMB ending segments 0X000 conflicts with bios at 0xe000, truncating region, win pcap has to be installed for the ne2000 to work

i really dont know what to do and i really need your help...

Did you install this game from the original floppies? Freezing with a black screen after the first level sounds like the sort of thing that would be triggered by a copy protection check, or at least by corrupted files.

If you are using the latest SVN Daum version, then it is kind of broken and you should use a slightly older verison.
