Hi, thx to FGB for that Info: http://www.amoretro.de/2011/12/formosa-sc1630 … te-non-pnp.html

I currently use this Soundcard in the PC-Side of my Amiga 2000 beside the A2286 Bridgeboard (286/8Mhz)
The card is really good because it offers:

- Soundblaster compatibility
- primery IDE channel (I am using it with 8GB CF-Card and Ontrack 9.57 for the PC-Side as HDD, not fast but lot faster and bigger compared to a hardfile)
- PC-Speaker Connector

But I am not satisfied with the music capeabilities. Old OPL music sounds a bit strange sometimes.

What 16Bit ISA -SoundCard would you recommend with no loosing any features above but getting new features like GOOOOD OPL music and perhaps WSS oder Covox Support. I think Covox would be the better choice.

Thx
Doc

If you really want OPL music and Covox support in one card you have to get an Aztech SoundGalaxy card. One based on the 0592 chipset. All these cards support SB Pro, SoundBlaster (+Pro), Yamaha OPL3 and Covox / Disney.
