Can anyone produce for me the patch list of the Roland SCC-1, SCC-1a, and SCC-1b?

I believe the SCC-1 is equivalent to the SC-55 and the SCC-1A to the SC-55mk2. The user manuals contain the instrument lists, so if you can't find the manuals for the two iterations of the SCC-1 card, you can download the manuals for the two versions of the SC-55.

I believe that the SCC-1A & SCC-1B are the same - refer https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roland_SC-55.
The original version was just called the SCC-1.
