So tonight I ordered another Pentium Pro to go with my Tyan S1662D dual-socket 8 board. Problem is that I didn't realize that the PPro I ordered has 512k cache, and the one I have now has only 256k cache. They're both 200 (3x66MHz) chips, but I am wondering if the mismatched cache sizes will be an issue, or maybe not?

I have 200 Mhz 256k Pro, can gladly trade it for your 512kb version 😀

Many 3Dfx and Pentium III-S stuff.

It will probably work OK, i believe, depending on BIOS support for mismatched L2 size, but it's not a "Supported Configuration" from Intel.
