Hi - newbie here and Im not sure if my issue with Android, Dosbox, Dosbox Turbo or Sensible Soccer or just conofiguration options.

I have 2 android devices - a Samsung S5 and an Android TV box.

Whenever I load Sensible Soccer 92/93 into DosBox Turbo, it plays well until the actual football match starts, then it becomes very stop start, freezes for 10 secs, then plays a few frames, then stops again.

Is this configuration? What should I be configuring?

Please help - this is one of those games that means a lot to me!

The Android version of DOSBox is not supported here. You might get some assistance if you can duplicate the problem in the Windows or Linux version of DOSBox.

I figured it out myself in the end

If anyone else reads this thread at some point in the future and is experiencing the same issue here is how I solved it.

If you are using a phone such as Samsung S5
Use DosBox Turbo and Doxbox manager
Create a profile in DosBox manager that sets the Cycles to 1000
You can also configure an android compatible gamepad/joystick here
And an autexec.bat that launches the soc_k.exe file

If you are using an Android TV box
DosBox manager and Turbo are not fully compatible and you will not be able to both set a profile for cycles and set up a joystick
I found Magic DosBox app which is not free, it's a couple of quid
That lets you set a custom Cylce limit and set up a gamepad and autoexec.bat
