i've got a win98 and dosbox 0.63. the moment the program runs, my whole computer freezes. why could this be?

any suggestions on which driver's best for a 3dfx voodoo3? apparently i have 3dfx16v3 version 4.12.01.1213

Why do you want to run DOSBox on Windows 98? From your graphic card it seems it's a rather old computer with a relatively slow CPU and DOS compatible soundcard.

You should be able to play most DOS games without any problems or DOSBox.
