Dosbox Affecting Performance of Games After Closing???

After running and closing Dosbox, my other games run a lot slower than normal. For example I played Titanfall 2 and it runs at a steady 90fps, but after running Dosbox and then starting Titanfall 2, it drops to 20fps, this happens with all of my games.

The only way to fix it so far is to restart my PC, does anyone know what's going and how to fix it?

You're going to have to provide more information than that. What version of Windows are running, and what video card are you using?

Using a different output= line in your dosbox.conf might be a good idea.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for replying so late, I forgot I made a post here.

I used a different output= line as you said and it worked, I changed it to output=ddraw.
