Closest you can do atm is use one of those terrible horrible awful Daum builds or build your own dosbox svn with the Direct3D patch and use the CRT shader with both of them, though that is still missing the bezel and just has a pincushion

i use svn...it is good but missing bezel!

You can try Retroarch with dosbox core.

Yeah, with those terrible save states, horrible MP3 audio track support and the awful Glide support. Yup, those versions are the worst! 😀
