Basically all I need is way to create interactive text-document with hyperlinks and ability to change text color (at least per word / line). No graphics, pure DOS text-mode. Closest thing I found so far is creating basic HTML document and using ViewHtml to open it. Sadly, ViewHtml doesn't allow me to change colors.
