Compaq Armada 4100 Bios

So I recently got a Compaq Armada 4100 (not really sure which model) and I'm trying to get it up and running for some old dos games, but I can't seem to get it to boot to bios.

The little documentation that I found points out that I have to press F10, but that seems to do nothing. Also, it seems to take a long while before it get to the memory checking too.

Any input on how to get to the bios / why it takes 3-4 minutes to get to the memory checking?

As far as I can tell from that, it doesn't have a normal BIOS that you access with a hotkey at boot, and you have to run "Computer Setup" from either a floppy or the hard drive. (page 2-7 of the above pdf)

You might be able to download some diagnostics software from the Internet Archive

Any ideea how I might get it into a floppy? Could a Windows 95 in a vm with a usb floppy passed through to it work?

Most Compaq's are the same regards to Bios/System config: -

The Systempro Project; The Bios

All older drivers / config files are stored and downloadable from ftp servers in the form of softpaq files... they used to be on the Compaq server, but are now of course on the hp servers.

Search on google for "Softpaq" and it will help narrow down your search, get the kettle on though... it may take a while!
