Casting resurrect dead on this thread.
I have yet another variation of this strange card to add to the list. This time the Gateway version (also manufactured by Creative Labs, almost surely derived from the 3D Blaster Ultra. Im almost sure there the same board with different cooling solutions).
The card hasn't arrived yet but it was listed as "Creative 3D Blaster CT5823 Ultra TNT2", it has the correct cooling solution, and the correct amount of memory. Everything points to it being an Ultra (The "regular" CT5823 non ultra's have smaller "Block" coolers on them).

Please view my notes under each image for more explanations. I believe I've somewhat determined the 2 variants differences.
There is first the OP's "S-Video Out" Model with multiple video outputs and all chip sockets occupied.
Then there is mine and second persons "VGA Only" model with one empty socket which i believe was a S-Video controller. I believe there to be no difference between the Gateway and Compaq versions of these cards. I'll add more information when the card arrives.
Could OP and person with VGA version grab screenshots of what the drivers and or GPU-Z say about there cards? I seriously want to get to the bottom of these passive cooled TNT2 Ultra's (It's also nice being a member of Club Ultra now)
