Today i got a bunch of hardware, but i stumbed with this, an uncommon 512 MB PC133 stick which is not ECC and is only single sided unlike other 512 MB PC133 sticks, idk if is registred/buffered or not, the sticker says:

EMPAQ
512 MB PC133
VIA Chipsatz

I asummed is designed for VIA chipsets, i only tried on a VIA KT133 OEM mobo and it worked fine, but i didn't test enough, i need to try it again and test in other mobos (including some mobos with non VIA chipsets). I post some pics of the stick here

¿did someone found a single sided 512 MB PC133 no ECC?

totally possible. I've seen 2GB dimms. I will admit, 512 on a single side is uncommon, but not impossible.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

I have a 512 MB PC133 SODIMM in a laptop

Is this too much voodoo?

that's probably for a via Alpo pro dual 370 system. Some Alpo pro chip set dual 370 system can use 4 sticks of double sided ram. if you were not from Spain Id buy that from you in a heartbeat if you were to sell it.
