Hi guys. I just got a new CD-ROM Drive. A Hemlett Packard CD-writter Plus 9200 series SCSI version.

I had no idea it was SCSI when I got it off Ebay.
So once I got it, I had to buy a PCI card to SCSI and the damn cable...ended up paying more that I wanted to...yeah it would have been easier just to get another IDE CD-Rom, which I have, but I just love the design of the drive.

Anyway, I'm trying to make it work under DOS and I have no idea.
So far the system recognises de drive:

I also added this in Config.sys but it doesn't recognises it:

So, no clue of what to do next. Any help would be appreciated!

probably the wrong .sys file for the scsi controller. judging by the bios screen you have this card: https://storage.microsemi.com/en-us/support/s … 2940/aha-2940w/

Give that file a shot, maybe also update the card's firmware.

Much appreciated!
