You are looking for the model number of the voltage regulator? If it is faced the correct way, I'll go look at my boards.

Here's the image I think you're looking for. It is an SEC TIP32C. I've also shown a photo of the resistor I replaced with a Bourns 3296 so that I can use the VRM as a variable voltage regulator. I believe this resistor uses the "4V" setting.
