It's good when the motherboard is talking to you.
25 is related to RAM, video card, IDE cables/drives and keyboard.
Someone changed his keyboard to a wireless one and voila...
Or there is some short on the board somewhere. Remove the motherboard from your case.

The cooler has all the 4 mounting scres, turns out i found the missing out somewhere inside the case. And yes, i'm aware the PC is dirty and plan to clean them

I guess the PC is clean, that flat cable is just a tiny detail. I'm so into details it hurts me.

I searched the thread for any mention of capacitor and the only hit was my previous reference to them. Because I didn't see you say it, I'm not sure if you have noticed this but the P3 system has at least 2 visibly bad capacitors, and likely more overall (every single electrolytic capacitor on that board should be replaced if you want it to last long-term; none should be trusted at that point).

I noticied the caps of the P3 system later, i have now 3 mobos to recap now

Get some moving boxes and some ESD bags, you can get 15 - 20 motherboards into a single moving box. In a "walk in wardrobe" you can stack perhaps 1000 motherboards or so if you are good at Tetris.

It may be more efficient to shoehorn spare components into the nicest computer cases and if one is to use a larger box for motherboards, I would recommend to put sheets of cardboard or perhaps that foam stuff between each motherboard to prevent accidental scratches (it's not a lot of effort and it will make moving the boxes around a lot less hazardous 😜). This is one of the ways I store my motherboards (beg you pardon for the bad lighting).

It's just a bigger box containing motherboard boxes. The motherboard boxes do not contain the boards that are mentioned on the boxes themselves, I just use what I have laying around.
Each motherboard box contains 2 motherboards (some may contain only one).

I do have some boards stored in a similar way to how you stored them (except I put sheets of material in between the boards to help protect them).

Since my only spare boards (those that are not inside working systems) are backup boards I ordered off eBay in recent years, I just store them in the original boxes they came in. 😀

My original motherboard boxes typically contain hardware installation disks, manuals and various accessories (that came with the boards, the cases etc.)

I keep all my software disks together sorted by type (all driver disks together, all OS's together) as I prefer to mix and match.
And I have very few boxed items anyway, I got everything left and right 😜
I actually have some matching sets as I for instance got a TUSL2-C motherboard from some old second hand rig I bought and later bought some totally different stuff that was send to me in a TUSL2-C motherboard box 🤣

About the issues on the Abit AI7 mobo i got, i made a thread for the issue: Abit AI7 issue - POST code 25 and no POST with an AGP card installed

After some days, i finally got the PC with the Intel D865PERL, the case look in bad condition so i scrapped it along with the PSU, but i kep all the internal parts, the Intel mobo actually works, but it needs a recap. I got more luck with the Intel D865PERL this time despite having to use the soldering iron again

Other parts were two LG DVD Drives, floppy drive, Geforce 6200 AGP, 4 512 MB DDR400 sticks, Pentium 4 3.2 GHz Prescott and Intel stock cooler
