I pulled this board from a full tower case that was donated to me. It's an Epox EP-7KXA. I found photos of this board from the web and see a normal capacitor in that place. Til I find out what it really is, I'm calling it a cigarette butt mod. 🤣

I'd guess a capacitor that is missing it's outer cover.
