I picked up a complete PB system for $15, including 14" PB8531V monitor.

Googling this model identifier seems to only return a completely different system.

The DS1287 on-board clock battery was dead; a DS12C887A+ from Mouser seems to work like a charm though.

The CPU is on some sort of strange riser card/daughtercard. I'm not brave enough to pry that off and see what's underneath yet.

Interestingly the on-board VGA, floppy, and hard drive controllers have been replaced with ISA expansion cards. I hope there's nothing wrong with the on-board ports...
