I can't seem to find any threads about this? If I chose opengl or openglnb as my output the image will always be offcentered or cut off. This happens in both the official release or DAUM SVN.

What graphics card, what drivers, what about other OpenGL applications...

No issue running say Half-Life in OpenGL.

GTX 760 (4GB) with 21.21.13.7866

I assume you try to run DOSBox in a full screen?

Try to use the desktop resolution for the "fullresolution" setting (fullresolution=desktop as of the official SVN sources).
