Bump.
I'm about to just try it and find out if it works.

I'm assuming it should. I have a board and some of these procs to play with and had the same idea.
Crimson Tide - EVGA 1000P2; ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS; 2x E5-2697 v3 14C 3.8 GHz on all cores (All core hack); 64GB Samsung DDR4-2133 ECC
EVGA 1080 Ti FTW3; EVGA 750 Ti SC; Sound Blaster Z
266 -> 333 MHz (or 1066 -> 1333) works on Core 2 based Xeons... so it should be fine here as well. Although there is not much point modding the 5080. 14x333 won't boot anyway.
HW museum.cz - my collection of PC hardware
4.66GHz should be doable on C1/D0 rev. Presler.
It will require 1,4V+ on Vcore*, but if VID mod is supported, it should at least boot.
Problems will pop up when you try to test something tho.
That kind of voltage on 65nm Pentium D with HT, usually means overheating VRMs.
*may be less for vrm with low vdroop and good load line calibration.
