Joni Mitchell - Free Man In Paris...on VHS, baby! And it sounds really, really good. VHS Hi Fi sounds a lot like reel to reel tape.

How are you liking it? I was the ultimate Rush fan from the mid 1980s through Test for Echo. Saw them in concert multiple times. I could never get into Vapor Trails or Snakes & Arrows, though, and haven't even paid attention to Clockwork Angels so far.

Was it something to do with the horrible engineering job that was done with Vapor Trails?

I never thought about it, but that article definitely helps me see that's probably at the root of my opinion. I do remember at the time feeling like an old fart because I thought that album was "just a bunch of noise" (like what my parents said about Hemispheres). Well, I guess I was right!
edit: back to the topic, I almost never listen to music anymore. That used to be something I did on my commute, but now I prefer to listen to technology podcasts.
But I have found myself watching/listening to TJH3113's YT channel. He has covered every Rush song on bass, probably better than any other bassist I've personally heard:

Before Tiesto, before Armin, before Dash Berlin, discotheque song was something like this. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the 80's.
And yes, that song above, alongside with this, were among my most favorite songs when I was 12 years-old. That was the time where my dad taught me lots of things about audio. But then mom introduced me to PC, then I was no longer an audiophile --until recently when I re-discovered my interest in high-quality audio, as well as combining it with my computing hobby.

FLAC lossless download of all my Pokemon Diamond OST rips, compressed into one large tar archive*: http://www.mediafire.com/file/4uu06e1b9i2do01 … OST_rips.tar.gz
mini2sf source files in case you want to do your own rips: http://66.90.93.122/soundfiles/nintendo-ds-2s … U%29.zophar.zip
*Linux users are able to decompress tar archives natively within their OS, but Windows users need 7-ZIp for tar archive support.
*Ripped as uncompressed WAV files from the source mini2sf files via Foobar2k, added noise reduction in Audacity, and then compressed as FLAC files.
*Hand-picked the tracks I liked the most, hence there only being three FLAC rips out of the whole OST.
