Or even a pentium? These AT supplies are hard to find and currently I only have 1 adapter to let atx supplies run a board. It's pretty chunky:

Yes it is. CPUs should not draw more than 20w. Coolers began to bulk up with Athlons and P4s (in line with cpu power draw). Of course, if you are planning a Voodoo2 sli it might not cut it.

I doubt a DX4 draws much more than 5W. The bigger issue would be number and size of expansion cards installed, as well as the size and number of hard drives.
