What's the actual model number of the Celeron CPU? I assume your talking about a more modern CPU that is designed for mobile applications which is why it is clocked so low.

I agree I was asking him to confirm what is was before I assumed that is what it was. If that's what it is it will be pretty fast but likely will still be difficult to get an old operating system to run on due to drivers. Windows XP is probably the oldest that would be supported, maybe not even that.
There's an off chance it's based around the Intel D201GLY which has a SiS chipset and has 98SE drivers... but any intel chipset in that area won't go below XP.
