So I just got back from Europe and I loaded my checked baggage with a TON of stuff (half of a good 486 VLB awaits me there on the next trip).

I specifically bought this motherboard here:

(4th one down, almost identical to the one I have)

and even these guys can't identify it. CPU is the same, albeit mine is socketed, not soldered on (also 16MHz 286)

It does POST, and I bought it specifically because I have SIPP RAM left over from my 386SX16. Can anyone tell me what kind of board it is, or more specifically, where is pin 1 on the SIPP slot? There are no markings at all.

Additionally, I have an M396F which is a permanent SX-40, but this one is in rough shape and does not POST.
There's another, rather tidy : MX-386 Chipset: MACRONIX MX83C305FC/MX83C306FC board that's permanently a DX-40 - It came with 8 Mb and a 1 Mb VGA card - Posts to something called Mr BIOS (I don't ever recall seeing one like this). One of these boards will be put to a working 386 that must be sold to make room for other projects.

I'm most happy about the flip-top XT case (Yellow-y plastic, but I remember the last time I worked on one was 1994, and the memories flooded back!), the working 286/16, an 85 Mb drive (my 386SX will get that, and the 286 will get its 42Mb), I/O card and 512K video card. Most things are working, so I look forward to starting the build on a rainy day - Ideally I'd love to get an EGA monitor and video card and duplicate the system I built for a very good friend back in Grade 8 which then got stolen from his house. This'll do for now though; I even know where I can get an era-correct TTX 14" VGA monitor.

Sorry about the lengthy post, I'm rather excited about all this sudden influx of new and mostly working parts!
