You often see, with ebay accounts run by big companies, that the pricing is all over the place. This is due to how they delegate basically the pricing to random employees. So one person might price something at $40 and another might price it at $400. Since they have thousands of items for sale, no one checks, and if it doesn't sell they don't care.

The guy who put this on ebay Ultra Rare!!!! is part of a retro pc group I am part of on facebook. He's tried to sell this card multiple times, he keeps insisting it is rare and that it will sell. Though he's had one botched listing, one that "sold" then mysteriously it pops up again. Hmm....it "sold"?
