Wrong colors on games designed for voodoo 1 using a voodoo 2 SLI

This is a problem I have never been able to solve. I know that this can happen, but I never found a clear solution to this ...

I've got a creative voodoo 2 12MB SLI in a pentium 3 450 system. Everything is okay, no graphical glitches, etc ...

But there's one kind of games I was never able to run properly : glide games made for voodoo 1

Here are 2 of them :

And here's tomb raider.

As you can see, these games run in accelerated mode, but the colors are just horribly wrong ! It's just a mix of magenta, cyan and black for whatever reason ...

How could-I fix this ?

I have seen the bottom Tomb Raider look in DOS after neglecting to set the environment variables for a Voodoo 2.

As for P.O.D., I believe there are a few versions/patches for the game including a Voodoo 2 patch.
