[QUESTION] estonian keyboard layout doesn't work [FreeBSD; 0.63]

when I updated to 0.63 My dosbox layout became US, [in 0.61 all was normal]
I tryed FreeDOS keyb.com, it helpel .. a little:
Keys ü,õ,ö,ä are not responding. <'> shows ä in screen
My keyboard layout:
estonian_keyboard_cover.jpgOnly exception key after Õ is actually after Ä

Did you try tinkering with the keymapper (CTRL-F1)?

I got it working at last. I used KEYB.COM and keymapper together.
