What is the latest version of AIT Catalyst Drivers that support the Radeon 8500 128 MB?

Any recommendations on a driver to use better than the ATI released Catalyst for best performance?

Catalyst 6.2 are the last drivers to officially support the Radeon 8500 (under Windows 9x/ME).
